Life Coaching is not therapy or counseling. It does not focus on the past, but the present. It does not assume that any of us need "fixing", but rather assumes that we are each creative, resourceful and whole.
Coaching is a collaboration. Unlike friends and family who have definitions, agendas and expectations for us, a Life Coach has no agenda other than assisting you in creating the life you want and envision for yourself and in helping you uncover what that is.
How do we most effectively deal with the relationship issues and loss issues and fear issues and work issues and money issues and health issues and fulfillment issues that come up in our lives?
How do we deal with the inevitable challenges we face?
How do we deal with our lives and all the things that happen and unfold for us in a way that enhances our personal growth, our connection with our inner selves, our uniqueness, our creativity and our power?
How do we create the lives we envision for ourselves with a sense of balance, purpose, ease and positive perspective.
Life Coaching is much less about advising and much more about truly listening. As a Life Coach, my job is to create and hold a nonjudgmental sacred space for my clients, to give my complete attention, my intuition, my awareness and my full support for each person's unique and special life journey.
I speak of a profound transformation
of human consciousness - not as a distant
future possibility, but available now -
no matter who or where you are"
