In the course of my life I have been a teacher, a husband, a father, a lawyer and a successful businessman. I founded and lived on a spiritual community and have been involved in my own personal spiritual journey for over 30 years.

I have traveled widely. I have taken part in a number of spiritual trainings and workshops through the Omega and Animas Institutes. I have gone on two vision quests, one in the Canyonlands of the Southwestern United States and one in the Sahara Desert in Northern Africa. I have read and practiced extensively on Buddhism, Shamanism and various other forms of consciousness raising beliefs and practices.

As an attorney, my business has focused on disability, injury and benefit work with an emphasis on helping people secure health care and other essential services. I have worked with all kinds of people, from all walks of life and have long been a keen observer of the human condition.

I am a Certified Life Coach, trained through an ICF (www.coachfederation.org) -accredited coach training program, offered by The Coach For Life program (www.coachforlife.com)

I find that as a life coach I get to utilize all my life experience and skills to help people deepen their understanding of themselves and enhance their quality of life. I see each and every one of us as an extraordinary, unique and special being worthy of love, respect, appreciation and capable of infinite wisdom and potential.
